1. General Provisions & Scope
The website https://17025lab.gr (hereinafter "the Website") is operated by the general partnership "A. MADARIOTAKIS - V. PRAMATEFTAKIS G.P." operating under the trade name "17025LAB.GR" (hereinafter "the Company"), located at 10 Konstantinoupoleos St., Chania, 73136, Greece (VAT: 802466910, GEMI: 176894558000).
These Terms govern website usage as well as all technical inspection, calibration, and maintenance services performed by the Company for clients.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials displayed on the Website, including texts, photography, graphics, and trade designations, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Fees & Diagnostic Inspection
- Labor Rate: Technical engineering and calibration labor is billed at an hourly rate of €120.00 per hour (excluding applicable VAT).
- Rejected Cost Estimate (Inspection Fee): If, upon receipt and technical diagnostic assessment of the instrument, the formal cost estimate is declined by the client, a fixed inspection charge of €90.00 (excluding VAT) applies.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for all completed services, inspections, and parts must be remitted in advance, once the equipment is fully serviced and prepared for dispatch, prior to release from the Company’s facilities.
5. Delivery, Shipping, and Packaging Terms
- Delivery Terms: All deliveries are executed on an Ex Works basis (EXW – Company Facility, Chania, Crete).
- Freight & Handling: All packaging, handling, freight, and transit insurance expenses are strictly the responsibility of the client under all circumstances, including instances where cost estimates are declined or non-serviced equipment is returned.
6. Warranty Coverage
- Labor Warranty: Technical interventions performed by Company personnel are covered by a limited warranty of six (6) months, effective from the date of service completion/invoicing.
- Replacement Parts: Replacement parts, components, and consumables are covered exclusively by the warranty terms provided by their respective original manufacturers.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company accepts no liability for transit damages, carrier delays, or losses incurred during shipping, nor for indirect, consequential, or operational losses resulting from equipment downtime during service.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any service agreements entered into are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from website usage or service execution shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Chania, Greece.
